Black Angus Prime Rib:   

14 oz. succulent, slow roasted prime rib, carved to order with au jus   

 

16 oz. Porter House T-Bone Steak:   

   

 

Beef Tenderloin Medallions:   

crab stuffed Portobello mushrooms with a delicious brandy sauce   

 

Barron of Beef:   

slow roasted round of beef carved to order, served with au jus   

 

Seared Rib eye Steaks:   

sautéed mushrooms

Shrimp Fettuccini:   

large shrimp in a delicious, homemade alfredo sauce, served over fettuccini pasta   

 

Large Fan Tail Shrimp:   

hand battered, rolled in panko bread crumbs and special spices   

 

Baked Halibut:   

8 ounces topped with a scrumptious champagne sauce and grapes   

 

Grilled Halibut:   

with butter and lemon pepper   

 

Fresh Baked Salmon En Croute:   

with asparagus buerre blanc and hollandaise   

 

Pine Nut Crusted Halibut:   

topped with port wine, butter and mango salsa   

 

Sweet & spicy Glazed Salmon:   

   

 

Poached Salmon:   

with a delicious wine and dijonaise sauce   

 

Stuffed Salmon with Crab Meat:
